Arrival of the "Randolph Yost" in the Kitchen Lights Unit
After being approved by the responsible authorities the Randolph Yost was transported to the Kitchen Lights Unit, the crude oil and natural gas production region of Deutsche Oel & Gas. The new drilling platform is currently being connected to the drilling platform Julius R installed there last year and anchored to the seabed. As soon as this work is complete, the 2016 drilling season will be given the green light. Deutsche Oel & Gas is planning to drill at least one more well this year, and to double current natural gas production.
